Made from repurposed materials, this device is intended as an automated oracle.
The armatures, when moved by the crank handle, create various arrangements and relationships that can be understood to represent in microcosm the macrocosmic state of the universe at any moment in time. As such it is a unification of science and mysticism, intuition and logic. Its form echoes that of the planetarium or orary, traditional mechanical models of the solar system.
